Hence, I aspire to fulfill a lead role in a hospital or government health agency, developing and implementing viable - sustainable - programs that keep costs under control without compromising quality of care.
There is a distinct need for greater efficiency, streamlining health administration to enhance health outcomes. I am excited to pursue an MPA Program that will allow me to become an agent of progress in healthcare. With healthcare reform coming into play in recent times, the opportunity to contribute positively to the system is enormous. As a BS in Health Science graduate with a focus on healthcare administration, I am eager to continue my education in the field of public administration. Many seniors are struggling to survive with their social security benefits and are unable to afford the prescribed medications they need. This leads to them taking their medications less often or not at all. It is important to address this issue and find solutions to ensure that everyone has access to the medication they need to live a healthy life.
